双斑蟋(Gryllus bimaculatus)背产卵瓣外侧感觉毛扫描电镜研究

摘要 蟋蟀产卵器背侧产卵瓣外侧的感觉毛的感觉信号传入在其产卵过程中有重要的作用.感觉毛将传入信号通过产卵瓣内的传入神经传送到神经中枢进行整合来调控产卵活动.以双斑蟋(Gryllusbimaculatus)为实验材料,通过扫描电子显微镜的观察,研究产卵瓣外侧的感觉毛的形态.结果表明:蟋蟀产卵瓣外侧在不同区域有许多不同长度的机械感觉毛分布,产卵瓣最尖端部位的感觉毛的基部结构不同于基部和中部的感觉毛,为单方向弯曲的感觉毛,在产卵过程中发挥独特的作用. The input sense signals of the hairs on the dorsal valvula of the ovipositor have important function in cricket oviposition behaviour.These signals,which were input via the hairs and the afferent nerve in the ovipostitor,are integrated in the central nerve system to modulate the oviposition behaviour.In this study,taken Gryllus bimaculatus as material and by using technology of SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope),the morphology of the hairs on the outer space of the cricket dorsal valvula was analized.The study of SEM shows that there are many sensory hairs with different lengths on cricket dorsal valvula.Those mono-directional hairs on the tip of the ovipositor are different from others which are all-directional.The former may be play a special role on oviposition behaviour.
