健胎液对小鼠子宫内膜LIF表达的影响

Effects of Jiantaiye on the Expression of LIF in the Mouse Endometrium

目的 :探讨小鼠围着床期子宫内膜LIF的表达规律及健胎液对小鼠子宫内膜LIF表达的影响。方法 :小鼠胚胎着床障碍模型诱导方法及对各组小鼠干预处理同第一部分 ,取正常组、中药组、模型组小鼠妊娠第 5天子宫内膜 ,应用超敏免疫吸附法检测内膜LIF的表达情况。比较 3组小鼠子宫内膜LIF的表达情况 ,结合整合素α4,β3 亚基的表达情况 ,分析 3者在围着床期中表达的联系。结果 :中药组LIF的表达较模型组明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,模型组水平最低 ,明显低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1)。中药组LIF的表达水平与正常组相近 ,差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 0 )。结论 :健胎液对小鼠围着床期子宫内膜的LIF的表达有促进作用 ,与健胎液对α4,β3 的表达影响相同。

Objective: To investigate the law of LIF expression in the mouse peri-implantation endometrium and the effects of jiantaiye on its expression in mouse endometrium. Method: The model of embryo implantation obstacle in mouse was induced in the same way as the first part. The way of interfering the three groups of mice were also the same, The expression of LIF of the three groups, in mouse endometrium on the fifth day of pregnancy was detected by ELISA techenique.After that,to compare the expression condition of LIF in the three groups ,to combine with the expression condition of Integrin α 4 and Integrin β 3,Their relationships of expression were analysised in the mouse peri-implantation endometrium.Result:The level of ILF expression in the herb group was higher than in the model group with marked difference(P<0.05),The level in the model group was much lower than the normal group with no marked difference(P<0.01).The level in the herb group was close to the normal group with not marked difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Jiantaiye could accelerate the expression of LIF in the peri-implantation endometriun of mouse. The effects was the same with its effects on integrin β 3 and Integrin α 4 expression.
