摘要
运用ANSYS程序对辊端叉头进行三维有限元分析 ,找出其危险部位 ,确定其能长期承受的扭矩和短时能承受的最大扭矩。并对辊端叉头的结构和维护提出改进意见。
The roller end clevis is analyzed by adopting ANSYS three-dimensional finite element analysis, its dangerous parts have been found out, the torque it can hear in long-term and the maximal torque it can hear in short-term have been made certain. Meanwhile, the improvement advices for the structure and maintenance of the roller end clevis are provided.
