摘要
对某型扒渣机上所用的钢板弹簧进行了详细的理论计算 ,并与现场实测数据相比较分析。根据需要重新设计计算了该钢板弹簧 ,且对设计后的钢板弹簧作了静特性检测 ,结果表明设计是合理可靠的。
This paper calculates the parameters of the leaf spring for slag-raking machine in detail, and compares the results with the datum of the field experiment. According to the analysis, the leaf spring has been redesigned. Furthermore, the paper analyses the test results of its static character. The results verify that the redesign is effective.
