摘要
对风机振动原因进行了综合分析 ,从设备、工艺和维护几方面分析了可能导致风机振动的因素 ,提出多种措施 ,改善了风机作业状况、工作环境 ,有效的解决了风机振动问题 ,延长了风机使用寿命。
The reason of fan vibration was general analysed,some factors about equipment and sinering process which would leading to the fan vibration are discussed,and some measures to improve work enviroment of the fan were proposed, the question of fan vibration was eliminated effectively,and the life-time of the fan was extended.
