摘要
在分析研究混合批羊毛质量指标与牧场 原料批羊毛指标关系的基础上,建立配毛数学模型,利用计算机求解方程组,可以完成对配毛过程的优化,使混合批羊毛的质量指标达到给定的要求,同时使原料成本最低。洗毛前对混合批原毛的分组可采用计算机人工智能算法,优化分组方案,使各分组原毛的主要指标非常接近混合批原毛的指标。
Matching wool model can be set up on the basis of studying and analyzing the relationship between the combined wool properties and individual wool, get solution from the equations through computer in order to optimize to matching. The model can meet the requirement of combined wool properties and get the lowest cost of raw. Combined wool should be grouped before scouring. The grouping can be optimized by means of computer artificial intelligence arithmetic to make the main parameters identical between combined wool and individual wool.
