摘要
介绍了 U WB通信技术的基本概念和几种脉冲产生电路的性能指标。分析了雪崩三极管超宽带脉冲产生电路的工作原理 ,提出了电路的改进形式 ,指出了电路具体实现过程中的注意事项。
This paper first introduces the basic conception of UWB communication and then compares the characteristics of several pulse generators The principle of avlanch transistor pulse generator is analysed At last,a special generator which can be used in UWB communication is presented
