褐变是植物组织培养中经常遇到的问题 ,已经成为影响组培成功的重要因素。结合近几年的研究 ,对产生褐变的影响因素、产生褐变的机理 ,以及抑制褐变的措施等方面进行了综合评述。

Material browning is a problem met in plant tissue culture and it is a very important factor that can influence the success of plant tissue culture. Combined with the recent years' research, the purpose of this article is to summarize several aspects such as the influences and factors and the mechanism and the measures were researched to overcome it.
