阐述了清洁生产和技术改造之间的关系 ,并通过实例进行了说明 。
The article illustrates the relationship between Cleaner Production and technical construction and makes the eplanations by giving examples. Conclusion that incorporation of Cleaner Production concept into the technical reconstruction of the old industrial base is the effective way to achieve both economic and environmental benefit(win-win) is talso provided in the article.
