摘要 针对我国东北地区地表水水源的水文特征及取水构筑物在运行时存在的问题 ,全面系统地分析了哈尔滨市各取水构筑物的取水状况 ,从工程设计的角度 ,提出了取水窗口防冰流速的概念 ,对取水构筑物进水窗口的进水流速进行优化 ,经过论证 ,得出取水构筑物进水窗口上缘的设计标高距河流最小水位不小于0 3m和进水流速不得大于 0 2 5m/s的结论 。 The problems of buildings for taking surface water are analyzed according to the characters of hydrology of the source of surface water in the north-east of China. It is widely systemic to analyze the working condition of each building for taking surface water in Harbin. This work puts forward the concept of velocity for averting ice through the window of receiving water according to the designing requirements. The velocity which runs across the window of receiving water in buildings for taking surface water has been optimized. The distance from the top edge of the window of receiving water to the river is no less than 0.3 m and the velocity is no more than 0.25 m/s.
