摘要
研究了DeviceNet,ControlNet和EtherNet/IP的特点、应用背景及其基本技术 ,介绍了NetLinx中CIP协议的功能、组成及其实现 ,阐述了NetLinx各层网络的媒体访问控制机制MAC :DeviceNet的带冲突检测的载波侦听多路访问 /仲裁报文优先权CSMA/AMP机制 ,ControlNet的隐性令牌传递机制 ,EtherNet/IP的带冲突检测的载波侦听多路访问CSMA/CD仲裁机制 .NetLinx是解决不同工业控制网络互连 ,实现各层网络间高效、快速。
The features, application background and the basic technology of DeviceNet, ControlNet and EtherNet/IP are studied. Functions, constitution and implementation of control information protocol(CIP) in NetLinx are introduced. Media access control(MAC) mechanism of each network of NetLinx is described, such as the CSMA/AMP (Carrier Sense multiple Access with Collision Detection/Arbitration Message Priority) mechanism of DeviceNet, the implicit token-passing mechanism of ControlNet and the CSMA/CD (Carrier Sense multiple Access with Collision Detection) mechanism of EtherNet/IP. NetLinx is an effective resolvent to solve the interconnection of different industrial network and implement effective, fast and reliable data transmission and seamless control data flow and information flow.
