哈尔滨城市社区农贸市场的环境行为研究 被引量:2

摘要 哈尔滨市社区农贸市场主要有街式农贸市场和厅式农贸市场 .自发形成街式农贸市场因占道经营、归属不明产生了一系列交通、环境和管理问题 ,针对这些问题相关机构出台了“退路进厅”的对策 .但实践中厅式农贸市场的经营发展与其既定目标相差甚远 ,原因在于一些厅式农贸市场缺乏细致的、有针对性的居民环境行为研究 .通过对哈尔滨街式农贸市场和厅式农贸市场中环境与行为的调查分析 ,从市场的区位、参与者目的性、行为路径和规律、季节性差、生活性和舒适以及业户经营等角度展开实态研究 ,并尝试在规划布局、组织方式和心理引导。 Spontaneously formed freestreet markets have a sequence of problems of traffic, environment and management, which are caused by dealing with the street and unclear ownership. Aimed at these problems, related organizations put forward some countermeasures. However, in practice, the dealing and the development of the indoor markets are far away from the decided target, because of lacking careful and correspond behavioral researches on the environment of the residents. The environment and behavior of the freestreet and indoor markets in Harbin are investigated and analyzed. The research is done from the angles of markets location, purpose of participants, behavior path and regularity, variations in time, lifestyle, comfort and the proprietor's operation. The reasonable basis and management countermeasure suitable for designing and planning community markets in cold region are give from aspects of planning layout, organization mode, psychology inducement and lifestyle.
