摘要
采用传递矩阵法对机械封闭式相交轴变厚齿轮试验台进行了系统扭振动力学分析 .建立了试验台系统动力学分析模型 ,推导出分支节点与试验台封闭系统动力学分析的数学模型 ,研究了试验台的动态激励原理 ,编制出相应的系统仿真程序 ,经计算获得了不同速度下试验台试验齿轮动载荷系数的仿真曲线 .
Torsional vibration characters of the test rig for intersecting axes beveloid gears are analysed by utilizing transfer matrix method. The dynamics and mathematics model are established. The dynamic simulation principle is studied and the corresponding system simulation programmer is programmed. Finally, the simulation curve of the vibration load-coefficient under different speed is drawn. The result shows that both the dynamic character and the load-precision can meet the test requirement.
