摘要
为了克服现有混合磁轴承具有的缺陷 ,提出一种新型转子磁体永磁偏置混合磁轴承的结构设计方案 ,并用等效磁路法对该混合磁轴承的磁路进行了分析 ,讨论了最大承载力和最大起浮力的计算方法 ,给出了样机混合磁轴承的设计结果并进行了样机试验 .理论分析和样机试验表明这一新型混合磁轴承结构简单 ,性能优良 .
To overcome the defects of the present hybrid-type magnetic bearing, a structure design scheme of a new hybrid-type permanent magnet biased magnetic bearing with rotor magnet is presented. And the flux paths of magnetic bearing are analyzed and calculated by using equivalent magnetic circuit. The calculation of maximum loading force and maximum rising buoyancy are discussed. The design results of prototype bearing are given and prototype experiment is carried out. Theoretical analysis and prototype experiment show that the new magnetic bearing has simple configuration, excellent performance.
