关于田径教材中跑步技术原理某些理论问题的探讨

摘要 对于跑步技术提出了新的观点 :基于两腿周期动作同时具有对应性、同步性和反方向性的特征 ,把单腿动作周期划分为折叠后摆、前摆、下压着地缓冲、后蹬四个阶段 。 The method of one running cycle divided in the Tract and Field textbook is divorced from the use of the technical analysis of running.As a result,it does not attain the purpose of analyzing the technical movement conveniently.The new method is based on movements being synchronous and directions being reverse at the same time.The author divides one movement cycle into the four phases of swinging forward behind the body,swinging forward before the body,swinging backward and buffering after landing,pedaling backward,which is favorable to analyze the kinetic characteristic of two legs′ movements cooperating with each other in phase.When the supporting leg lands and buffersl,the hip joint does not bend,but continually stretch;the ankle joint and knee joint do not bend actively but passively.The technical requiring of 'the joints of ankle,knee and hip bend and buffer actively'is wrong,for it results in prolonging the time of the buffering phase,but not shortening it.
