胡椒果实灌浆期喷施叶面肥和GA_3对其光合性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在胡椒果实灌浆期,施用叶面肥、GA_3、GA_3+叶面肥、清水观察对植株光合性能的影响。结果表明,叶面肥或GA_3能明显地增加叶绿素含量,提高光合强度,促进光合产物的合成,加强光合产物向果实的运输,增加百果干重。各处理的作用效果以叶面肥+GA_3最明显,单施叶面肥好于单施GA_3。 Effects on leaf photosynthetic properties in piper nigrum was studied after the leaves were sprayed with 0.3% leaf fertilizer, 50mg/L GA_3, 50mg/L GA_3 mixed with 0.3% leaf fertilizer and water at berry developing middle stage. The results indicated that the foliar sprays of 0.3% leaf fertilizer, 50mg/L GA_3, 50mg/L GA_3 mixed with 0.3% leaf fertilizer could significantly increase the content of chlorophyll and net photosynthesis rate in leaves as well as the accumulated amount of dry matter in berry,speed up the distribution of photosynthetic product from leaf to berry , enhance dry weight of berry. Among these treatments, the treatment of leaf fertilizer with GA_3 had remarkable effects on photosynthetic properties,and the treatment of leaf fertilizer had greater effects than that of GA_3 on photosynthetic properties.
