略论完善中国资本制度

The Discussion on the Perfection of Capital Institution in China

如果普通公民学会如何运用资本,中国的经济就能更好地发展。目前中国已经初步建立了资本制度,但是还存在几大问题。为了群众利益应该改造这个制度,建立与民间经济发展相适应的社会主义资本制度。

If ordinary citizens learn to use capital, we can develop our economy better. Capital institution already have been built up in China, but it isn′t perfect. We must develop it in order to improve people′s benefit. We should build up one new socialism capital institution to help citizens becoming richer than before.
