摘要
某五层建筑物基础持力层 ,因水浸泡湿陷导致地基土过量不均匀沉降 ,建筑物结构墙体严重开裂 ,成为危房 .经过方案优选 ,采用静压桩加固此危房 ,实施后效果良好 .本文通过该工程实例 ,阐述静压桩托换加固原理和设计、施工要点及应注意的问题 。
Due to the large uneven settlement of collapsible bearing layer in foundation ground,the structure wall cracks are found in the 5_story building,which became dangerous.The optimization of engineering plan is concerned in result of adopting static mini_pile reinforcement.A favorable effect is gained.In this paper,the principle of static mini_pile underpinning is described and the problems which should be noticed in the process of design and construction are discussed,and some useful conclusions are also put forward.
