摘要
认为学校“人—人”系统的管理效能是影响教育、教学质量的关键 ,学校管理应注重对学校人员内在心理和行为的研究 ,充分并正确运用各种激励手段 ,调动教职工的工作积极性 。
The paper holds that the management efficiency of “people-people” system is the key factor influencing the quality of teaching and study. School management should pay attention to the study of internal psychology and actions of school personals, and make full use of incentive measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and staffs and raise the management efficiency.
