欧洲榛子种仁营养成分多性状联合选择

本研究对 9个欧榛品种种仁的粗脂肪、可溶性蛋白、淀粉、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸含量和SOD、CAT以及淀粉酶活性进行了测定 ,分析结果表明 ,欧榛种仁中粗脂肪、可溶性蛋白、淀粉、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸含量和SOD、CAT以及淀粉酶活性在品种间的差异均达到极显著水平 ;4 # 粗脂肪含量达 6 7.72 % ,9# 可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸含量和CAT活性分别达 78.98mg/g、0 .6 8mg/g、11.4 7个酶活性单位 ,6 # 可溶性糖和淀粉含量分别达 16 .5 3%和 1.8% ,3# SOD总活性、α -淀粉酶和 (α +β)淀粉酶的活力分别达 375 .36、3.36和 2 0 .38个酶活性单位 ,同时对 9个品种进行了系统聚类 ,发现按距离 0 .8可将这 9个品种划分为四大类 ,其中第Ⅰ类的 9# 综合性状最好 ,第Ⅳ类的 1#

The fat、soluble protein、starch、soluble sugar、free amino acid、superoxide dismutase(SOD) 、catalase(CAT)、amylase of kernel of 9 hazelnuts cultivars have been determineted, and the analysis results show that the differences among cultivars in these indexes are very significant, and that the fat content of the 4 #. cultivar comes up to 66.72% ;the contents of soluble protein、free amino acid and the vigor of catalase of the 9 # cultivar are 78.98mg/g、0.68mg/g and 11.47 respectively;the content of soluble sugar and starch of the 6 # cultivar is 16.53% and 1.8% respectively ; the vigor of superoxide dismutase 、α-amylase and(α+β)amylase is 375.36、3.36 and 20.38 respectively.The result ofsystem clustershow that the nine hazelnut cultivars may be divided into four classes ,and that the 9 # cultivar was the best in comprehensive traits, while the 1 # cultivar was the worst in comprehensive traits of 9 hazelnuts cultivars.
