摘要
长期以来 ,由于各种原因 ,全国相当部分矿山在困境中运转 ,由此引发的种种问题已经引起了各方人士的关注。本文在对 2 0 0 1年度我国 2 5种主要金属矿产矿山基础资料统计分析的基础上 ,重点对矿山的区域分布、生产规模、生产状态、经济类型、矿产类型及生产能力等开发利用状况做了较为详细的统计分析 ,认为我国矿产资源区域分布分散而又相对集中 ,大型矿山和国有矿山在我国矿业中起着主导作用 ,但是目前矿山产能下降明显 ,而且消失的势头有增无减 ,亟待有关扶持政策和解困措施及早出台。此外部分集体和私营矿山的利税及产能远高于国有矿山 ,值得管理者和研究人员关注。
