摘要
本文认为从国家发展的大局中 ,进一步发挥国土资源规划、政策、信息在国民经济发展宏观调控中的作用。这不仅可以加强矿产资源的合理开发、利用与科学管理 ,而且可以提出延缓资源危机矿山的寿命的有力措施 。
This paper enhances on the macro controllable role of the land and resources program, plan, policy and information in the development of national economy in our country, which can strengthen scientific administration and the utility as well as the reasonable development of mineral resources, but also draw some favorable countermeasures to delay resources crisis level in mines, then resolve the problems of crisis mines in essence step by step
