摘要
通过飞行平台罩的爆炸成形实验,对薄板深拉延爆炸工艺进行了有效的分析和探讨。从爆炸成形工艺参数上看,当板料相对厚度t/D较小,且形状较复杂,相对拉深深度W/D又较大时,其成形难度也较大。飞行平台罩大体上属于这一类型问题。本实验的结果也适用于其它材料类似零件的爆炸成形工艺。
This paper analyses and approaches the deep drawing explosive tech- nology for sheet forming by means of an experiment with the flying ter- race cover to have been formed in this way. If the relative thickness of sheet T/D is small while the shape of work- piece is complex, and the relative drawing depth W/D happens to be big, the workpiece is hard to form. On the whole, the flying terrace co- ver belongs to this type of piece in the light of these explosive forming technology factors. The results of the experiment are certainly signifi- cant to other similar products formed by explosive method.
