摘要 动态客户关系管理系学术界、企业界研究的焦点,但迄今大多研究都是定性的,很少依客户数据做出市场决策来真正实施关系战略。分析最优邮寄模型,提出动态客户关系管理的概念及模型,并给出求解动态客户关系管理模型的算法。将该模型用于某超市数据库中,验证了模型是可行的、有效的。 Dynamic CRM has been the focus in the research by theoretical circles and enterpreneurs. However, most of the researches are still quantitative, which seldom base market decision making on customer data. Dynamic CRM concept and model serves as the approaches to working out dynamic customer relationship. When applied to the sampled supermarket database, it proves feasible and valid.
