With the integration of global economy and the development of knowledge economy,the R&D activities in MNCs trend to dispersed in globe scope,MNCs need to control their operations through information flows,so the paper analyses the mechanism of information flow in the global R&D activities in MNCs,which includes the information network model of MNCs and the information flow mechanism in the global R&D activities in MNCs.
