The establishment of the scientific view of talents is the bright point at this year's nlational conference on Talent Affair,which guides the direction of the work of personnel.The accurate comprehension and understanding of the scientific view of talents is of great realistic significance for the further operation of the talent work.Based on this view,the author makes some analysis relating to the priority of applying the scientific view of talents into practice,hoping it has implications and lessons to draw from in the process of practising the scientific view in the country's small and middle-sized cities.
