摘要
影响镀锡板性能的因素较多,如板材的晶粒度、析出物、固溶元素、板厚等。生产过程中,炼钢的化学成分、热轧的加热与卷取温度及连续退火的工艺条件都会对镀锡板的性能产生影响。文章结合宝钢镀锡板的生产和实物质量,对影响镀锡板性能的上述各种因素进行了分析,提出了提高宝钢镀锡板性能的有效途径。
There are many factors influencing properties of tinplates, such as grain size, precipitation, solution elements, thickness, etc. In the production process, hot metal s chemical composition, heating and coiling temperatures and continuous annealing conditions while being rolled, will affect properties of tin-plates . In combination with the real production of tinplates and product quality, various factors mentioned above are analyzed, and effective ways of improving Baosteel tinplate performance are proposed.
