Human papillomavirus-induced carcinogenesis and the ubiquitin-proteasome system
摘要
人类乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)与宫颈癌及其他人类恶性肿瘤的发生有关。这些致瘤性HPV的致瘤潜力依赖于早期基因E6和E7的产物 ,它们通过泛蛋白 蛋白酶体系统分别降解肿瘤抑制基因蛋白 p5 3、pRb和其他PDZ结构域蛋白 ,从而达到致瘤的目的。
