肝癌相关基因甲基化谱研究进展
Advances in the methylation profiles of hepatocellular carcinomas associated genes
摘要
研究发现肝细胞癌的发生发展涉及到多条分子途径的基因启动子区CpG岛甲基化改变 ,基因启动子区CpG岛甲基化异常可能是一个早期分子事件 ,其发生具有基因特异性和肿瘤特异性。由此为原发性肝癌的早期诊断和疾病监测找到了新的分子标志物。现对与肝细胞癌发生相关基因甲基化的研究现状作一综述。
