脂肪肝与血脂浓度体质指数的关系分析

Analysis of the Relation Between Fatty Liver and Blood Lipid Body Mass Index

目的 :探讨脂肪肝与血脂浓度、体质指数 (BMI)之间的关系。方法 :检测 15 39例体检者的血脂浓度 ;采用B超诊断脂肪肝 ,BMI >2 5判断为肥胖。结果 :在 15 39例被检者中共检出脂肪肝 178例 ,检出率 11.5 7% ,BMI >2 5者脂肪肝检出率 2 9.4 9% ,<2 5者脂肪肝检出率 3.73% ,经 χ2 检验 ,肥胖组明显高于非肥胖组 (P <0 .0 1)。体质指数分布与相应的检出率呈正相关 (r =0 .995 )。脂肪肝组血脂明显高于非脂肪肝组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :控制体重。

Objective:To analyze the relation between fatty liver and blood lipid body mass index. Methods:The vein blood was collected in 1 539 cases before breakfast and their blood lipids were examined.Results:Among the 1539 subjects,178 cases were found to have fatty liver.The detectable rate was 11.57%. In the cases with body mass index more than 25(BMI>25),the detectable rate was 29.49%.In contrast, the detectable rate was 3.73% in the cases with less than 25(BMI<25).Remarkable difference was seen in χ 2 test( P <0.01).It is obvious that the rate in fatty group was higher than that in non fatty group.The rank rorrelation analysis showed significant difference between the distribution of BMI and corresponding detectable rate( r =0.995).The difference was increased depending on index.At the same time,the blood lipid of persons with fatty liver was higher than those with nonfatty liver( P <0.01).Conclusion:To control the weight increase and the blood lipid is the cardinal measure to prevent the fatty liver.
