摘要
本文从理论与现实两方面分析利息税政策效应,提出了完善利息税制,引导储蓄流向的若干建议。
Under the analyse about the interest-tax policy
from theory aspect and practice. Some advice involving into
how to perfect intercst-tax system and direction to save has
been emcrged.
