摘要
实施教育改革,首先要转变教育观念。作为班主任教师,要搞好班主任工作的首要 问题是树立新的学生观,即民主的学生观和发展的学生观。
The change of educational concept is the prerequisite for the reform in education. A teacher in charge of a class should manage and educate students in a democratic and developing way.
