摘要
宪法和选举法中虽然多处体现着对选举权的保护。但是 ,在各级人民代表大会尤其是县、乡一级的选举中 ,仍存在着阻碍选举权行使的观念的、法律的、制度的等诸多因素。
The voting rights are guaranteed in the constitution and electoral law.But obstacles to the practice of voting rights still exist in various level of People Congress,Particalurly in county or town level voting.
