Class Management

班级是学校最基层的组织 ,班级管理的好坏和学校的整个教育管理有着极为密切的关系。而班级管理的关键是要建立良好的班风 ;班主任是学生的严师 ,同时也是朋友。只有对班级进行科学化、人性化的管理 ,对新时期的班主任工作不断进行研究和探索 ,树立学生的爱国主义、集体主义观念 ;培养学生爱学习、会学习的班级氛围 ,才能真正树立起良好的班级形象。

A class is a basic organization in a school.The management of the class is related directily to the whole of the school education.The class master is not only a strict teacher,He should be a good father of mother as well as a friend of the students.The keyof a class management is to establish a verygood class working style.to run the class scientifically and humanly.The teacher should constantty do some research abouth the class manˉagement,foster the students'patriotism and collectivism.He should also teach his atudents how to leam well.Only in this way can he manange the class well,at the same time,set up a good image of the class.
