摘要
本文采用示波冲击试验方法,对武钢技术中心开发研制的WQ-1高韧性埋弧焊丝的焊缝金属强韧性进行了研究。试验结果表明,WQ-1焊丝与SJ101焊剂匹配用于14MnNbq桥梁钢的焊接,焊缝金属具有较强的抗裂纹扩展能力,从20℃到-40℃的试验温度范围内,阻止裂纹形成的能力保持在较高水平,焊缝的脆性转变温为-45℃。焊缝金属具有高的低温冲击韧性,适用于低温冲击要求较高的桥梁、管线等大型工程结构的焊接。
This work researched on the weld metal toughness of the submerged arc welding wire WQ - 1. By using WQ -1 wire and SJ101 flux,welding was done in plates of 14MnNbq steel.The Charpy V - notch impact tests carried out with oscilloscope show that the weld metal has a good property to resist the crack extending, with Ep/Et at a high level of 70 % between 20 and - 40 ℃ , transition temperature at - 45 ℃ . The results indicates that WQ - 1 welding wire possesses a performance to make excellent toughness welding metal, and it can be used for making bridges, pipelines and other steel structures which reguire low temperature toughness.
