摘要
染料废水COD高、色度高、成分复杂,是一种典型的难降解废水。本文研究了用超声波降解低浓度酸性大红GR染料废水。结果表明,经频率为20kHz、功率为120w的超声波作用后,废水的COD升高,色度降低。用紫外光谱对降解后结构的表征说明其结构明显被破坏,苯环和萘环部分被打开为可被重铬酸钾氧化的小分子物质,使其COD升高、可生化性提高。同时,超声波还能起到加快反应速率的作用。
s: Dye wastewater has high concentration of COD, colority and various components, so it is a kind of typical refractory wastewater. This paper studies the degradation of low concentration Acid Brilliant Scarlet GR by ultrasound. It finds out that after processed by the ultrasound of 20kHz, 120w, the COD in wastewater rises and the colority reduces. UV-Vis spectrum analysis indicates that the structure of GR is destroyed and its naphthyl and phenyl is opened partly to small molecule substance, which can be oxidated by potassium dichromate. Thus, the wastewater is more biodegradable. In this paper, it is also proved that ultrasound can increase reaction velocity.
