At one time, many newspapers and magazines criticized Tetra Pak as a trouble-maker, whose strategy of binding sale caused high package cost, so the development of enterprises was affected. The author thought this discussion should be ended, for the two concerned parts-dairy factories and consumers kept silence all the time. The users of Tetra Pak didn't follow the activity, which was the identification for the rationality of 'Tetra Pak mode'. Actually, Tetra Pak met a common problem among all flagship enterprises, when it stood an absolutely advantage position in dairy soft package.
