摘要
由香港雅氏展览服务有限公司主办、中国国际展览中心集团及中国塑料加工工业协会协办的“第十七届中国国际橡塑展”于2003年12月4日在北京举行。本届展会占用中国国际展览中心8个展馆，设立六大产品专区，分别是：化工及原材料专区、橡胶设备专区、饮料及塑料包装设备专区、模具专区、辅助及测试仪器专区和半制成品专区，展出面积达40，000平方米，吸引了700多家展商，约50，000多名专业人士参加了本次展览会。
China's plastics and rubber industries definitely have prominent competitive edge in the world. Witnessing the evolution of the industries, Chinaplas 2003, continued its record-breaking momentums, both in terms of the number of exhibitors and exhibition area. Staging at China International Exhibition Center, there were about 700 exhibitors coming from 23 countries and regions. Large-scale pavilions from developed countris showed their prominent presence. The widest range of materials was showcase and over 300 machines were displayed at the fairground occupying a total of 40,000 sqm.
