我国的世界遗产正面临着旅游业发展带来的巨大威胁,本文提出建立一套针对不同旅游利益主体,具有科学开发管理、传播和保护遗产文化、有效监督等功能的世界遗产旅游教育体系,发挥各方面力量保护我国的世界遗产。具体论述了世界遗产旅游教育体系中,教育对象的角色作用、教育内容和教育方式。强调了旅游经营者素质的重要性,提出对旅游经营者教育应采取强制的方式。认为景区要设计旅游者引导系统,进行遗产文化的传播和保护。提出要让当地居民参与决策,发挥居民的监督作用,保护世界遗产。

Because the world heritage in China is being faced with serious threat of tourism development, the author puts forward an educational system of world heritage tourism , its function is scientific management, diffusing culture, conservation and effective monitor to the world heritage. The author emphasizes essentiality of operator quality and advances that operator's education must be compulsory. To diffuse heritage culture and protection the heritage, it is important to design a tourist leading system. The author also advances that local residents participate in decision-making of tourism exploitation so as to play the part of monitor.
