摘要
以环氧树脂作为交联剂制备的蚕丝丝素/丝胶蛋白共混膜为研究对象,探讨了丝素/丝胶混合比例、交联剂种类对共混膜力学性能和结构的影响。
Silk fibroin/sericin blended membrane is prepared by using epoxide resin as cross-linking agent, and the effects offibroin/sericin blended ratio on the properties and structure of the membrane are investigated. It indicates that when the ratio isabout 20/80 and with PEGO as cross-linking agent, the membrane has fine mechanical properties and in which the structure of theprotein is mainly amorphous.
