摘要
在冷冲模设计中,安装凸、凹模块的模架上下模座和导柱、导套都已标准化,所以冷冲模模架的设计,实际上是根据凸、凹模块的尺寸和开模要求对上述四个部件进行选择和装配。本文通过Pro/E中的族表技术建立模架的标准件库,实现冲压模的快速设计与装配。
For its foundations and oriented-cylinders and oriented-ringers are all standardized,the manner of selecting parts by work states and dimensions of workpieces is suitable in designing punch- mould. Using family tab technology of Pro/ENGINEER,We have searched a new way in this essay to design and manufacture 3D punch-mould's frame promptly by building a standard family tab.
