摘要
随着高等教育的改革和发展,教师职务聘任制正在替代职称评审制,这不仅淡化了教师的身份,还突出了岗位的概念。科学合理的岗位设置可以有效地实现这一人事制度改革。岗位设置可以将高校的教学科研工作内容包含在岗位职责之中,把人和事对应起来,岗位设置有利于学科带头人的培养;岗位设置是优化师资队伍的主要手段,岗位设置也是控制教育成本的有效途径。
With the reform and development of higher education,the system of appointment of teacher's post is substituting the system of judgement and examination of professional title.This not only has desalinized the teacher's identity but also stressed the concept of the post.Scientific and reasonable disposition of posts sets can realize the reform of personnel system effectively,and can include the teaching and research work content of the university in the post duty,and make people and things getting corresponding.It is a main means to optimize teacher's rank,and also an effective way of controlling the educational cost.
