小儿意外伤害610例病因及心理变化分析

Reason and Psychical Change After Accidental Trauma in Children 610 Cases Report

目的 探讨小儿意外伤害的原因,并了解其心理变化过程。方法回顾性分析我院外科1998年～2002年收治的610例意外伤害病人,并根据年龄分析其病因和心理变化。结果610例病人中,交通事故引起的伤害比例最高,占44.09%。经积极抢救,98.3%患儿顺利恢复健康;住院病人中,发生心理改变的病人占37%,需出院后继续调节。结论提高全社会的安全意识是减少儿童意外伤害的关键,同时应该注意调整好住院期间患儿的心理变化。

Objective To investigate the reason of accidental trauma and pracess of psychical change in children. Methods 610 patients with accidental trauma, who had undergoing treatment in our hospital from 1998～2002 were analyzed retrospectively.Based on the different age, we analyzed the trauma reason and psychical change . Results Of the cases of accidental trauma,highest rate of trauma was caused by traffic accident,accunted for 44.9%.The all patients received treatment, 98.3% of these patients had good recovery. 37% of these patients had psychical change and need further treatment. Conclusions Improving the safe consciousness of all society is a key to reduce the rate of accidental trauma in children. We should also attend to observe the psychical change of the children in the hospital stay.
