摘要 词汇、语法和跨文化交际等方面的分析表明,母语干扰确实是中国学生英语学习的一大障碍。英语教师有必要了解学生在英语表达中所犯错误的根源,并且能运用对比分析来分析和解决由于母语干扰而产生的错误,从而达到帮助学生消灭这种错误,提高学习效率的目的。 The author of this thesis insists that L1 interference is a major source of L2 performance error of Chinese EFL learners. The thesis consists of theoretical analysis of the interrelationship between L1 interference and L2 learning research in two aspects: Contrastive Analysis and Error Analysis; and structural analysis of L1 interference in the performance, especially in the written texts of Chinese EFL learners in lexical, grammatical and cultural domains. The study of this thesis illustrated that Ll interference is a great obstacle to Chinese EFL learners and it deserves to be reiterated. It is necessary for teachers of English to know the difference between Chinese and English and the cultural presuppositions of the two languages so that they are able to locate the problem area through contrastive analysis,and it is significant to include CA into pedagogical objectives,teaching materials and teaching techniques.
