在英国,企业参与职业教育得到相关法律与政策的明确保障。企业通过参与宏观管理及决策,制订国家职业资格证书能力标准,参与教学过程实施,优化职教师资及直接创办职业学校的途径,推动职业教育发展,促成校企"双赢"。其发展态势为:企业主导作用日益明显,形式多样化、普遍化,重视核心技能开发及科研成果的开发与应用。
In England, that enterprises participate vocational education is ensured by relevant laws and policies. Enterprises follow the corresponding path to promote the development of vocational education and reach the aim of win-win of enterprise and school, such as participating macro-management and decision, laying down national standard of professional qualification certificate, taking part in teaching process, optimizing teaching staff and running vocational school,etc. The developing trend is stated as follows: enterprises' guiding role being clear, its types being various and general, stressing on deveoping the core skill and results of scientific research, etc.
