摘要
研究了9种不同配方的混合植物生长调节荆水溶液浸泡接穗后芽接对其接面愈合率的影响。结果表明:各配方之间接面愈合率呈极显著差异,该差异主要来源于 BA 与GA 的互作,其次是 GA 浓度,BA 浓度则无显著差异。在9种混合液配方中,配方5效果最好,其嫁接面愈合率为69.3%,是对照的2.3倍。
The effects on interface healing ratio of walnut's bud grafting,after soaking the graftments with mixed plant growth regulator fluids of nine various prescriptions,were studied.The results showed as following:the healing ratio among the prescriptions appeared notable dfference extremely.The difference came from action each other between BA and GA mainly,and concentration of GA at second,concentration of BA didn't appear notable difference.Result of the prescription 5 was the best among the nine prescriptions,the slit healing ratio was 69.3%,2.3 times than that of the contrast.
