摘要
"文化管理"是相对"体制管理"而言的软管理,是对"科学管理"作人文主义的补充。文化管理从人文化成切入,充分重视人作为精神动物、文化存在者的一面,看重对人的价值取向的引导,尊重人的人格尊严,人的自我完善的权益,尊重本组织成员的知识、才能。其精髓是以民主作风强化人的主体性地位,高扬人的自觉意识和向自我能力极限挑战的能动性,培养人文规律意识、质量意识。在实现组织成员人生价值的同时促进组织的繁荣昌盛。
Humane Management' is a soft management approach asapposed to the hard 'Systematical Management' and a supplement of humanism to the 'Scientific Management'. The Humane Management,with humanism as its starting point, attaches great importance to the fact thatmen are spiritual and cultural beings, emphasizes the guidance of valueorientation of people and respects human's dignity and rights of self-perfection,know ledge and abilities of the members within_ the organization. All in all, thespirit of the management is to strengthen the mainbody position of people with democratic practices, raises the members' self-consciousness and the activity tochallenge the limits of their abilities and cultivate people's consciousness of human rules and quality, and, promotes the development of the organization while realizing the life values of the members.
