摘要
实施素质教育的关键因素是教师,全面提高教师素质要依赖于教师专业化。教师专业化的实施,政府部门必须为之提供足够的保障措施;学校必须积极开展校本培训;教师个人必须做好反思经验,终身学习和开展科学研究等工作。
The key to quality education is teacher. The overall improvement of teacher's quality is mainly determined by the specialization of teacher. Government departments are required to take sufficient measures to safeguard the specialization of teacher; schools are requested to take an active part in inculcating the idea of school development first; teachers are also asked to reflect upon their own experience,improve themselves all their lives and undertake scientific research etc.
