摘要
将带上层约束的二层线性规划转化为目标函数带有罚函数子项的非线性规划问题 ,利用单纯型法和遗传算法相结合求解全局解的方法。用实际例子说明了算法的有效性。
This paper suggests that the bi-level linear programming problem can be exactly transformed into a nonlinear alone optimization problem It puts forward a global method to solve the problem on the basis of Genetic Algorithms and Simplex method and presents numerical examples to illustrate the performance of the algorithm development
