论WTO体制下我国反倾销立法的发展及进一步完善

On Development and Perfecting of Legislation against Dumping in WTO System

我国的反倾销立法在短短 8内年经历了一个从无到有、逐步发展的过程。尤其是我国加入WTO后 ,立即按WTO《反倾销协议》和国际惯例对旧的《反倾销和反补贴条例》进行较大修改 ,形成了新的较科学的《反倾销条例》。本文阐述了我国反倾销立法的历程 ,通过比较分析指出了新《条例》对旧《条例》的改进 。

This article introduces the development of legislation against dumping, and the amendment of it according to WTO's agreement on against dumping with consideration of the international conventions as well. This article analyzes the process and improvement of the legislation against dumping in China and proposes some suggestions on further improvement of the legislation.
